IKEA Refund Verification Portal — Secure Matching for 2023–2025 Transactions
Due to a series of system errors in 2023–2024 — with some cases possibly affecting early 2025 — certain IKEA purchases experienced transaction mismatches. As a result, some customers are owed refunds, and in appreciation for the inconvenience, a 300 kr. digital gift card will also be included if applicable.
